Been coming for a while and absolutely love it. Tasty pho and spring rolls, I haven’t found anywhere as good elsewhere. Bonus points for the staff, particularly the older gentleman who wears a vest, who takes the time to talk to my husband and I and who went above and beyond for us to make eating with our little children easier. 100/10 recommend.

Steaming Bowls of the hearty, aromatic soup are commonly purchased from street vendors for a quick and satisfying meal at morning, noon, or night. At Bambu, our homemade beef consommé is simmered for hours With ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and shallots and is then served over flat Rice noodles With your choice cut of meat. Our phở is topped With cilantro, green onions, and sliced onions and is accompanied by a side of bean sprouts, Thai basil leaves, Vietnamese cilantro, sliced limes, and jalapeños. This is true comfort food. All phở dishes are gluten free!
Boba Tea (Bubble Tea)
Our boba teas are available in iced or smoothie form. The unique ingredient is the addition of large tapioca, which are the size of pearls or small marbles. They have a consistency similar to gummy candy, (soft and chewy). Served in a large plastic cup with an extra large straw to sip the pearls, boba is a drink and a snack all in one.
